Dr. Mahibul Islam is a highly skilled and experienced orthopedic surgeon who has earned a reputation for providing exceptional care to patients in North East India and neighboring countries. He specializes in shoulder and knee arthroscopy and sports medicine, and has performed over 1000 arthroscopic surgeries throughout his career.

Dr. Islam completed his post-graduation from AMC in 2009 and joined Gauhati Medical College & Hospital that same year. He then received specialized training in arthroscopy and sports medicine from AIIMS, New Delhi, which has allowed him to provide advanced and effective treatments to patients. As the founder Secretary of Arthroscopy Society of North East, Dr. Islam is a well-known leader in his field, and has delivered numerous talks and participated in various workshops throughout the country.
